When you setup an account in O-Cool Fate Catcher, your information will be visible to users of our O-Dynasty mobile application and also be visible to other applications we own.
If your age is under 13, you may not download or use O-Cool Fortune Teller. We do not want to collect or maintain information from children/teenagers under 13 years old. On the other hand, if your age is below 13, you must get parent/guardian’s consent by reading and agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.
This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains how information is collected, used and disclosed by O-Dynasty Company based on your access and use of O-Cool Fate Catcher’s services, whether through our websites (located at www.o-cool.com), O-Cool Fate Catcher's mobile applications or connecting with social networking services (together referred to the following as "O-Cool Fate Catcher" or the "Service").

After you have registered in our services, we automatically receive an approximate geographic location from you. Moreover, we and our third-party partners may access your location any time when your device is on, no matter you are logged-in to O-Cool Fate Catcher.
Due to the requirement needed for providing our Service on third party platforms (such as Apple’s App Store or the Google’s Play Store), the platforms may sometimes need to collect Information about you from us for the those platform usage in order to analyze their services. O-Cool Fate Catcher will not responsible for any actions of those platforms taken. You should carefully review the terms of use and privacy policies of the platforms when accessing our Service.
O-Cool Fate Catcher may sometimes contain links redirecting to other sites/apps (including in advertisements). Once you have registered an account, you can feel free to access and modify any Information that you provided to us and edit your profile information in O-Cool Fate Catcher, except your location Information since which is automatically collected.
You can deactivate your account by selecting the "deactivate" link. Deactivating your account lets you remove your profile without permanently deleting it. When you deactivate your account, other users will no longer see your profile or Information. We reserve the right, but are not required, to permanently delete your Information if you do not reactivate your account within 90 days of deactivation.
We may revise this Policy at any time to reflect new/changed features and services, changes in the law, or changes in our use or collection of personal information.
